Most people “dread” Mondays. For me, it’s one of my favorite days of the week. It’s fresh start.
Maybe Monday isn’t one of your favorite days because you’re battling guilt from the weekend. Second helpings here. Nibbles there. Mindless snacking here. “Just a bite” here and there.
Listen, your slip-ups are just mistakes or a threat.
You see, a mistake can be shrugged off. You learn from them. You move on.
