Mondays are one of my favorite days of the week. Unlike everyone else, I LOVE this day.
It’s an opportunity to change one habit. It’s really simple…
Ask yourself, “What is one habit is keeping me from being as healthy as possible?”
Then you think of a way to improve that habit. For instance, let’s say you don’t drink enough water.
Today, you can decide that you’ll start your mornings by drinking two glasses of water before diving into anything.
Everything else remains the same… you just focus on improving that one habit.
Then next Monday rolls around, you work on another habit.
This creates not only progress, but also momentum and motivation…
… all because of ONE habit.
